Shipping Method?

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method when you check out. The estimated delivery time is for shipping only and does not include processing time. Once Character Store ships your package, we are not responsible for delays for any reason while it is in shipping transit.

The shipping process time may vary by item, by design or by size.

# Costumes - Usually ship within 24 hours.
# Mascots - Usually ship within one week.
# Leather Jackets - Usually ship within 48 hours. (custom made, rare designs or sizes may take longer time.)
# Others - Usually ship within 48 hours.

*Shipping process time apply to in stock items only. Business days are Monday - Friday.
** Certain items require special handling and must be shipped via Ground service.

Why does Costume City sometimes split orders?

We will sometimes split your order into multiple packages to provide you with the most efficient service. If this occurs, please be assured that your entire order will still arrive within the timeframe we estimated, and at no additional cost to you.

Large Items

Due to their unusual size or weight, some items require the following special handling:

# Must be shipped alone.
# May only be shipped Ground.
# Not available to international countries, APO/FPO, P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, Hawaii, or Alaska.

The amount of the special handling fee is based solely on the extra charges levied by the shipping carrier to transport these items. If a special handling fee applies, it will be noted on the product detail page and you will be notified when selecting shipping options.

Hazardous Materials

Due to their flammable nature, government regulations require the following special handling for hazardous materials, such as model rocket fuel:

# Must be shipped alone.
# May only be shipped Ground.
# Not available to APO/FPO or U.S. territories, Hawaii, or Alaska.
